What time should I arrive?

Ceremony seating will open at 4:00 PM. Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:45 PM. No guest will be allowed entry to the ceremony after 4:45 PM. Any guest arriving after 4:45 PM, will be asked to wait in the lobby area until the conclusion of the ceremony.

Where do I park?

Street parking is available free of charge. There is also a parking decking across the street from the venue. This parking deck is owned by the Birmingham Parking Authority.

Can I bring my children?

We love your little ones, however we are asking that they stay home for this event. This event is for adults only.

Will there be alcohol served?

Alcohol will be served. Please have your state ID available, if you would like to be served. Per state law, no person under the age of 21 will be served.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We know that it is important to capture the moment, which is why we have hired a professional photographer. We would like everyone to be present in moment with us as we join in holy matrimony. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony until the officiant annouces the designated photo window.

What should I wear?

Our wedding is a formal event. We ask that you join us in your best evening formal wear.

Can I bring a plus one ?

To ensure that we stay within our capacity and budget window we ask that only guest listed on the invitation attend this event.

Will dinner be served?

There will be cocktails and hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner at the reception . We are aware that shellfish is a common allergy. We have chosen not to serve any seafood dishes at this event.

What happens if I don't RSVP?

A space will not be held for you if you miss the RSVP deadline. Our vendors need to know how many guests we expect. The RSVP window will close on September 1, 2024.
